To participate in WestAce tournaments, guilds, and leaderboards, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
All WestAce members are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Harassment, cheating, toxic behavior, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. The WestAce community thrives on sportsmanship and fair play.
Participation in WestAce tournaments is voluntary and subject to eligibility rules. Prize pools are awarded based on official results. We reserve the right to modify tournament schedules, rules, or prizes at any time. All decisions by tournament administrators are final.
All content on guildhub.info, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Site or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. WestAce is a registered trademark of WestAce Entertainment.
By posting fan art, cosplay, or other content in the WestAce gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute your work on the Site. You represent that you own all rights to the content you submit. We are not responsible for any infringement claims arising from user submissions.
guildhub.info and WestAce are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or reputation. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us, if any.
